What we offer our All Star Students:
~WE WERE THE 1ST SCHOOL IN NORTH CAROLINA TO OFFER A PROGRAM DEDICATED SPECIFICALLY TO CHILDREN ON THE AUTSIM SPECTRUM~
 
We realize that for families and children on the Autism spectrum there are many difficult challenges along the way. But as parents you also know that there are also many rewards. Each child is so very precious to us & it is our goal to help each one of them reach their greatest potential here in our studio.

Each of our classes begin with basic stretching and warm-ups. All students are then taught the "basic movements" in the martial arts; blocks, kicks, punches etc. Our school philosophy is, "...everyone and anyone can learn martial arts." We achieve this by adapting our art to suit the needs of the individual.

FREE TRIAL FOR NEW STUDENTS

We offer every new student in The All Stars Class 2 classes FREE with the purchase of a uniform ($20)! Feel free to stop in any Friday to try us out!

Great Links to Martial Arts/Autism News & Stories
For some, the martial arts may never even enter thier mind in terms of being introduced as an activity for those with Autism. But in fact, for many, the martial arts is a very likely choice for these students physically, mentally and emotionally. Many children on the Autism spectrum are in need of physical therapy, the martial arts is a fantastic source of excersize for these children, helping to increase the range of motion and how to contol it as well. Students learn to be disciplined, calm and much more self-confident.
