Peaceful Warrior Senior Class

The Peaceful Warrior School is now offering classes specifically for "seniors" beginning on Tuesday - October 25th, 2011. Classes are Tuesday & Thursday of every week at 10am
 and are 45 minutes in length.

Our new "Silver Tang Soo" Program has been developed by Master Mateo through years of research, training and modification to best suit your needs. This is a non-strenuous class and consists of light warm-ups and stretching, basic breathing exercises and a "form" (a series of movements) to keep the body healthy and active. This class is designed to promote better health and mobility for the student. All fitness levels are invited to participate. 

**Wheel chairs, walkers, canes all welcome.
