The Peaceful Warrior School is very honored to welcome Mrs. Morgan Sarantopolous 
to our school. 
Morgan is a very talented instructor certified by the RYS Yoga Alliance. 






YOGA with Morgan is currently on hiatus as Morgan is expecting
 a new baby in April! 
Classes are set to resume in June 2012.



About Morgan:

 After having her second child, Morgan was searching for a sense of calm and balance in her life and found it in through local Yoga classes here and there. After five years of constant, persistent training she is now ready to share her knowledge with you. 

"Once I started to practice Yoga on a regular basis and found that I felt stronger physically but I also felt stronger mentally, the swirling chaos of my world of being a mommy, a wife, a sister, a daughter and a friend felt easier to manage.  My focus in teaching Yoga is to build your physical strength through the postures and calm your mind through breath work and meditation. The word satya is Sanskrit for truth, and I hope is that Yoga can help you find your truth. I am so excited to bring this complimentary practice to the 
art of Karate at the Peaceful Warrior School."

These classes are great for the very beginner students as well as the most advanced athletes. Learn the subtle, yet powerful, principles of yoga: harnessing the breath, focusing the mind and also getting the body 
ready for more traditional postures in yoga. 
Great for all ages, all physical levels. Wonderful for helping with stress. 

 
Students should wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or a blanket for class.

  10am - 11am

Wednesdays
7:45pm-8:45pm
 

COST:

Classes are $5 per class OR 6 classes for $25!
 
Classes begin October 10th, 2011
